Paul Gregory - Dyson

Paul is the Global Specification Director for Dyson and is responsible for the global specification channel for Dyson professional solutions. 

At Retail Recharged, Paul will be providing insights into the ‘Dyson Difference’ in his key note, and how this inspiring brand finds 'solutions to problems' through their approach to innovation. From how it all began to how Dyson now inspires young minds, and from Dyson’s approach to its retail concept through to the launch of the Dyson Supersonic Hairdryer, Paul will demonstrate the power of embracing a culture of innovation in retail. 

Paul joined Jake Dyson Products in 2015, prior to the integration with the larger Dyson organization, to head up global sales for both B2B and B2C customers. Paul has spent over 20 years in senior specification sales roles for the likes of Concord, Wila and more recently held specification director positions at Eaton Cooper and Sylvania.  Paul has worked on some of the most prestigious buildings in the world such as the Burj Khalifa Dubai, The Shard London and Yas Island Marina Abu Dhabi.

Paul is an active member of both the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers and the Society of Light & Lighting, regularly contributing to debates and white papers on lighting technology and metrics.
